Peter is currently accepting applications for a great new pair of feet! His foster mom's have been serving him quite nicely as one of his favorite places to sit, but since Peter is ready for his forever home, he's going to need a permanent set.

Born in April 2026, this handsome black/white boy with an adorable pink-and-black nose is a sweet, sensitive soul with a ridiculously easy-to-start purr motor - sometimes a warm glance or a kind word is all it takes.

Peter loves to play, whether he's chasing balls, darting through tunnels, or watching cat shows on YouTube. He can be cautious about unfamiliar noises or toys that move on their own, but a cozy cuddle, gentle ear rubs, and a few sweet kisses go a long way.

Peter and his siblings started life as feral kittens, so new people and new environments can still feel a little scary at first. He'll do best with someone willing to give him a patient, gentle start and let him get comfortable at his own pace. Once he knows he's safe, his wonderfully affectionate personality - and his fondness for your feet - come right out.

Peter also adores other cats and seems to treat every feline he meets like a lifelong friend. Having a feline buddy helps him feel secure and confident, so Peter needs a home with at least one friendly, playful cat to be his companion. Peter is looking for sunny windows, cozy cuddles, a feline friend, patient people to love - and, apparently, a really great pair of feet to call his own.

All cats & kittens are up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and tested FeLV/FIV negative. Our kittens are cared for in loving foster homes throughout DuPage County. Once your adoption application has been reviewed, we'll contact approved applicants to arrange a meet-and-greet. The adoption fee is $125 for one kitten or $175 for two kittens adopted together. An adoption contract is required at the time of adoption.
