Whisker Mission rescues cats and kittens in need of loving homes, and matches them with families in which they will thrive.

Cats are as varied and unique as the people they love, and all of them deserve the right home. At Whisker Mission, we focus on rescuing cats and kittens who are homeless or whose family situation has dissolved. Our rescue efforts are concentrated in the western suburbs of Chicago and driven primarily by personal connections.

Adoptions, Fostering Program, Medical Care, Volunteer Program

Fill out our online application. Our adoption coordinator will reach out with follow up questions. Once approved, we will arrange a visit for an opportunity to take your pet home, if it's a match. Adoption singing and fee will be paid at the adoption visit.
