Will mine look exactly like the sample?
No, and that's the point. Your design is generated from the sample, your photo, and your words, so it's one of a kind. The layout, colors, and lettering follow the sample closely, but expect small differences. You see a proof and can change it before anything is final.
How long does it take?
Your first proof is usually ready within one business day. Once you approve, the files are ready in a few minutes.
What if I don't love it?
Edit your text or tell us what to change, and we'll generate it again. You get three free revision rounds, each checked by a person. If you're still not happy after that, we'll keep working with you or refund you in full.
What files do I get?
High-resolution JPEGs in every size the design offers: typically 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11x14, a square for social, and a 9:16 phone wallpaper. Sharp at 300 DPI up to 8x10 and 8x12, and good for the larger sizes listed on each design. They're yours for personal use.
What's the refund policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If we can't deliver a proof you approve, or you're still unhappy after your revisions, you get a full refund. If a photo isn't something we can work with, we'll say so and refund you.
What happens to my photo?
It's used only to make your design and is deleted 30 days after your order completes, unless you ask us to keep it on file for future orders. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
