Before inquiring about a pet, please fill out the adoption application. This helps us streamline the process and focus more of our time on the pets in our care. Rest assured your application processor will gladly answer any and all questions you may have about your potential pet and the adoption process.
We will review your application upon receipt. A volunteer processor will reach out when they begin processing your application. At this time, you may ask any questions about the pet you're applying for, including adoption fees, temperament, and transport, if needed. The processor will contact your vet and references and request a virtual home visit as part of our approval procedures.
Once your application review is complete, a Final Victory Animal Rescue volunteer will contact you to schedule an in-person or virtual meet and greet! Please let us know if you'd like other pets and family members to participate, as well. This is a great time to ask questions and get to know the personality of your potential new pet before making your decision!
Once your application is fully approved and you have met your potential pet, you will let your processor know if you'd like to move forward with adoption. Adopters local to the rescue have the option to "Foster to Adopt" before signing the contract and making it official. Our out-of-town adopters will sign and pay adoption fees digitally and connect with us to coordinate transport and pick up!
