City of Tracy Animal Services is joining NBC & Telemundo's Clear The Shelters — the nationwide adoption campaign that's helped more than one million pets find homes since 2015. Our mission statement:
o Tracy Animal Services is here to keep our community safe, to provide care to any animal in need, to support the community as a source of education and guidance, encourage spay and neutering and ultimately find homes for all adoptable, treatable, and manageable animals.
Adoptions, Spay/Neuter Services
The animal must be off its hold period, the citizen must provide some type of identification, fill out our adoption contract, and pay our adoption fee.
