Our Mission
Texas Husky Rescue is an animal rescue group focused on saving Siberian Huskies in the Texas Region. Most of our dogs come from shelters all over the state, they receive all their vaccinations, a heartworm test, a microchip, and they are spayed or neutered before going to their new home.

How to Meet Our Pets
Texas Husky Rescue relies on foster families to care for our rescued huskies. We do not have a physical facility where our dogs are located or can be viewed. If you are interested in meeting our dogs, you must first fill out an adoption application. You can find the application on our website at https://texashuskyrescue.org/apply-to-adopt/. One of our adoption counselors will contact you within 5-7 business days of submitting your application. After your application has been approved (entire process takes ~2-3 weeks), we will arrange for you, your family and any pets to meet our adoptable huskies in their foster homes or at an organized Meet and Greet.
Upon finding your new family member, you will sign an Adoption Contract and pay an adoption fee. You may then take your husky home for a minimum five-day trial period (longer trial periods can be arranged). We will contact you at the end of the trial period to finalize the adoption. If you return the husky after the trial period, no refunds are available. If you return the husky during the trial period, your adoption fee will be refunded less a $100 nonrefundable administration fee.
Adoption fees are $385/adult and $450/puppies six months and under. There is also an additional $100 spay/neuter deposit for puppies, so initial billing for puppies is $550. $100 will be returned when proof of spay/neuter is provided. For all dogs, $100 of the fee is non-refundable if the dog is returned during the trial period.
We do permit out of state adoptions but ask that you arrange transport of the dog. Texas Husky Rescue will not transport the husky to your home.
