Description

Say hello to Dodger! An excitable young lady with the most adorable flappy ears. She is about 1-2 years old and weighs 41 lb. Dodger loves to eat good food and play tug with toys. She responds well to cues and loves her familiar people. She's looking for a home who can give her the physical and mental exercise this young lady needs.

Dodger was found running on the highway in Hartford, Connecticut and eventually found her way into our care. We don't know what she's been through in her short life and she is a little nervous with new people and new scenarios. Dodger will need an experienced dog owner who is willing to continue her training and build up her trust. Dodger is currently on anxiety medication to help her settle in and make her transitions a little easier. We're taking it easy and don't quite yet know how she will do with dogs and cats long term.

We will continue to update with more information and progress as she settles in at her foster's!
