Ruth

This mini tank is equal parts chubby and charming. An 8-year-old senior mixed breed with a big heart, Ruth loves a good walk, though she's more toddler-like, stopping to investigate every fascinating smell along the way. Don't let the waddle fool you: when a ball comes out, she turns on the speed and always brings it back with pride.
She's a total snuggler who's happy to nap curled up beside you. Belly rubs, ear rubs, hip rubs -- Ruth will take them all and ask for more. She's great with other dogs and lights up around new people, unless an interesting smell steals her attention first.
Crate-trained, house-trained and easygoing, Ruth is content on the couch, watching TV with the family (along with a few walks thrown in). She'd benefit from regular walks and a healthy diet to help keep that mini-tank frame in top shape, but really, she just wants to be by your side. She's hilarious, affectionate, and ready to waddle her way into your heart.
