Monty

Hello! Meet Monty! Monty is a 1-year-old pup who came up from Alabama. He's around 30 pounds of adorable friendliness--good with other dogs and loves all people, and has so far ignored the cats in his foster home. He does pretty well on a leash--pulls a little, and is still learning to walk without zigzagging, but he's eager to learn--and has not had any accidents in his foster home. He also does well in a crate. He really loves playing with other dogs and plays hard with his foster dog brothers before settling in his crate for some relaxation. Favorite things: humans, other dogs, tug toys, and treats. He is very excited about all humans and is still learning not to jump, but he's food-motivated so he should be easy to train. Monty would love a home with a playful dog brother, but he would also be good as an only dog if there is lots of playtime with his humans (or he has dog friends to play with).
