Foster BasedDaisy’s Legacy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in memory of Daisy, a beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel whose life was tragically lost due to a medication error. Her story inspired our commitment to creating a safer and more compassionate future for animals.
Our organization supports pets and their families through emergency veterinary assistance, pet food and supply distribution, animal welfare education, disaster relief, advocacy, and community outreach. We also work to raise awareness about medication safety, responsible pet care, preventive health, and systemic issues affecting companion animals. Daisy’s Legacy collaborates with individuals, rescues, shelters, veterinary professionals, community organizations, and other nonprofit partners to help animals remain healthy, safe, and with the people who love them whenever possible.
