Felix was picked up by one of our Animal Care Officers alongside his sister, Faith, and arrived incredibly emaciated at just 14 pounds. You could see nearly every bone in his little body, and he was understandably very skittish and unsure of people. With time, patience, and plenty of care, Felix is slowly but surely getting better every day. He's putting on weight, gaining strength, and coming out of his shell more and more as he learns that people can be trusted. Felix has already shown us just how resilient he is, and now he's looking for a family who will treat him like the beloved family member he deserves to be.
