Originally named after the men's cologne, Azzaro's name was quickly revisited (and changed) by his foster family when they came to the conclusion that he is anything but suave! Zee is truly a character! Funny and FAST, he is a quirky sweetheart who believes emotional support is best shown through endless kisses - sorry, he was never taught to ask for consent.

Zee's origin story is nothing short of heroic. He began his life on the streets and was found by our rescue at Hall Country Animal Control underweight, and unmedicated, incapacitated from a shattered pelvis. With time and a lot of patience, he healed up in foster care like the resilient little scrappy cat that he is and was soon zipping around like nothing ever happened.

That said, he was left with a few scars and one heck of a cute gait. To watch him walk is nothing short of entertaining - his unique little limp is sure to make you smile. As far as his tummy troubles go (that were most likely caused by his accident) they are officially manageable! Not to worry - he's no longer in pain and his gastrointestinal issues are taken care of with a liquid medicine (he swallows easily) and a special treat that contains a probiotic and dietary supplement given twice a day. If you've got the extra five minutes to handle his medical needs, this sweet boy would be soooooo grateful.

ZZ is a well rounded, outgoing, fearless feline - he is absolutely the life of the party! We believe he might just be the most playful guy our rescue has worked with. Currently searching for a home that either has no other animals (so that Zee can have your undivided attention) docile cats that will tolerate his playfulness, or dogs he can run around, wrestle and be rowdy with. Zee is super social and ready to pounce! And, OMGosh - have you seen those eyes?!!
