PetConnect Rescue is a foster-based animal rescue powered by a dedicated community of volunteers and a small staff who work together to save lives, build families, and create second chances for at-risk dogs and cats. Founded in 2005, we’ve spent more than two decades providing exceptional care and helping thousands of pets find loving, permanent homes.
We rescue dogs and cats from overcrowded and under-resourced shelters where limited space and resources often put animals at risk. By bringing them into our foster program, we not only give each pet a second chance, but also create space for our shelter partners to save even more lives.
Every PetConnect Rescue animal is cared for in a loving foster home while waiting for adoption. Foster families provide a safe, nurturing environment where pets receive comprehensive veterinary care—from routine vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, and preventive care to advanced medical treatment, including surgery, hospitalization, and other specialized care when necessary. We are committed to giving every animal the care they need to become healthy, confident, and ready to join a loving new family.
