He was rescued from a high-intake shelter just moments before he was scheduled to be euthanized. A tiny bottle baby without his mom, his future looked uncertain-but thanks to a dedicated foster family, he was given the chance to grow up safe, loved, and cherished.

As Sammy grew, he found himself taking on a new role: big brother. When another litter of orphaned bottle babies needed a family, Sammy welcomed them with open paws, growing up alongside them and showing them the ropes. He's been the patient, playful older sibling to this lively crew ever since.
