Willy

Meet Willy Willy is an adorable young Rottweiler who came to us from MCACC, and this sweet boy is ready to find his forever family!Estimated to be about 6-10 months old, Willy is still very much a puppy-and a BIG one! He already weighs around 67 pounds and still has plenty of growing to do.Willy is an absolute sweetheart who loves people and enjoys the company of other dogs. He has that happy, playful puppy personality and is looking for a family who will continue showing him what being a loved and spoiled family dog is all about. You may notice that our handsome boy is missing an eye, but don't feel sorry for him-Willy certainly doesn't! Our veterinarian has examined him and determined that nothing further needs to be done with the eye. He's perfectly happy navigating life with one eye, and it just adds a little extra character to an already unforgettable face.Like any young Rottweiler, Willy will benefit from continued training, structure, exercise, and lots of love as he grows into the amazing adult dog we know he's going to be.If you're looking for a sweet, dog-friendly, goofy young Rottie to grow up with your family, Willy just might be your guy. If you are interested in adopting one of our fun loving not so rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will allows us to get to know you better and to make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by going to our website, www.rottenrottie.com click on the forms tab, and fill out the questionnaire and submit it online. After we review your answers, if we feel that the dog that you are interested in, is not a good fit for you and your family, we may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler(s) is the best for you, we will set up a time so that you can meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they normally do. We will require a home check to make sure the dog is going to a good home. An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption and we do ask for a rehoming fee of $500 for most adults, $350 for most of our seniors 6 years and above for any rottweiler mix of any age (except puppies) . Our fees for puppies fluctuate depending on how much we had to invest into them or their litter, and weather they are purebred or a mix. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome rottweilers. ALL of our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated and microchipped, heartworm tested negative and come with a collar and a leash. We have also addressed any injury or illness that they had when they came to us, or received in foster care. These problems will be disclosed to the adopter prior to adoption.please be advised that in almost all cases we will not adopt our dogs to folks who live in different states. On rare occasion, if we feel that it is a PERFECT for both you and the dog, we sometimes will break that rule for our neighbors who live in Las Vegas. If you live in Vegas and would like us to consider you, please fill out an application.
