Savvy is the kind of dog who greets you like you've been gone for years-even if it's only been five minutes. She's incredibly loving, loyal, and happiest when she's right by her human's side. Whether it's cuddle time on the couch or heading out for a walk, Savvy is all in as long as she's with you.She has a moderate-to-high energy level and would thrive in a home that can give her daily exercise and engagement. Walks, exploring a yard, and of course-snacks-are some of her favorite things. (Did we mention she's highly food motivated? Training with treats will definitely win her over!)Savvy can be a bit protective of her person when meeting new people, but she warms up quickly once she realizes everything is okay. With other dogs, she's a bit more particular-she's interested in being friends, but prefers slow introductions and doesn't appreciate dogs who come on too strong. Because of this, she would do best as the only dog in the home where she can relax and not feel on guard.Savvy's ideal home is one where she can soak up all the love and attention as your one-and-only. A fenced yard or an active person committed to daily walks would be perfect for helping her burn off energy and stay happy.
