About This Dog
What WeRescue Scout knows about Pocket
Pocket thrives with families who appreciate her affectionate, cuddly nature and can provide space for a large, moderately energetic guardian-breed dog to grow. She'd be especially suited to a household with children 8 and up where she can bond with her family while developing into a confident, protective companion.
- Guardian breed—will likely develop protective instincts as she matures; needs an owner comfortable with that role
- Good with dogs larger than herself; interactions with smaller dogs unknown

About Pocket
Cowboy Capital Pet Assistance League
RescueWe are a rural rescue in Pipe Creek Texas. We have a nicely appointed outdoor kennel space with lots of land. We help with the overcrowding problem by taking in strays and pull off the euthanasia list to save dogs. We adopt locally in Texas and abroad to good homes. We then use a transporter to get them to their dream home if it is outside the state of Texas.
