My Home to Yours - Meet Storm

Storm is a 4½-year-old neutered male American Shorthair with a sleek, all-black coat and a big soft heart. He's an indoor-only cat who is litterbox trained, up to date on vaccinations, and has been a beloved companion for the past four years.

Storm is a bit shy when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly and shows his affectionate, playful side. He enjoys interactive play like chasing a hair tie on a string or batting around his favorite toys, and when things are calm, he's a sweet "big baby" who loves his person.

Storm's family is seeking a new home for him due to redirected fear-based aggression caused by feral cats outside the home. Despite efforts to manage the situation, the ongoing stress has made it difficult for Storm and his owner, who is navigating a recent loss and living alone.

Storm would do best in:

A calm, indoor-only home

No other cats

A quiet environment where he can feel safe and secure

Storm remains in his current home while waiting for adoption, and his owner is open to meet-and-greets and a trial period to ensure the right fit.
