Birthdate: 01/01/2026Breed: One of a kindWeight: Still growing!Meet Yin Part of our adorable "Yoga Puppy" litter, Yin is the quiet, thoughtful soul of the group. This beautiful black-and-white girl may be shy at first, but beneath that timid exterior is a gentle pup just waiting to bloom.Yin finds comfort and confidence in the presence of other dogs, often looking to her canine friends for reassurance as she navigates the world. With a little patience and a lot of kindness, she begins to relax-and when she does, you'll see glimpses of the sweet, loving companion she's meant to be.She's searching for a calm, quiet home where she can feel safe and continue to come out of her shell at her own pace. A home with another friendly dog would be a huge plus for her confidence. Given time, Yin will blossom into a devoted and deeply special companion. If you believe in the beauty of slow trust and gentle progress, Yin might just be your perfect match.**Yin is eligible for a foster home, especially with the comfort of another dog to show her the ropes as she is still learning to feel comfortable with pets and getting to know friendly humans! The Rescue is open 7 days a week for you to come and meet our pets! Walk-ins are welcome! In order to interact with them, you'll need a simple questionnaire filled out. You can fill this out at the Rescue or before you come in at:
https://www.pawscrossedny.org/dog-adoption-questionnaire . If you have any questions, please email us at
[email protected] for more information. Please understand that we cannot hold pets for any reason. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants. The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
