Aqua is a young, year-and-half-year-old mom who raised 5 amazing kittens and is ready to enjoy being a carefree young kitty again. This tabby lady is a sweet, petite, and adventurous girl. She loves playing with her kittens and our adult cats; this bold gal even tries to play with our 60-pound dog! She loves to follow us around the house, is always ready to receive pets, and keeps me company by snoozing on my lap while I work. Aqua is energetic! She is always on the move and would do best in a home with a young, playful resident cat, or with one of her sweet kittens (Floatie, Cabana, Splash, Oasis, and Noodle). She currently lives in a two-story house with 2 resident cats, 2 adult humans, two children aged 7 and 10, and a 60-pound dog. This pretty mama has met other cats and dogs; she usually warms up to them within a few days as long as they are respectful. Room to run and loving, attentive humans would be best for her. Aqua had FIP when she first joined us, which is a viral disease that used to be fatal. Fortunately, there are now medications to treat it; we caught it early, and she has completed a 90-day course of meds. Thankfully, this beautiful girl is now thriving! Aqua is so ready to find her cozy, loving forever home to live her best cat life. ----There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
