Meet Mirabelle. Mirabelle is a white kitten with black spots and a gentle, sensitive nature. She's still learning that the world is a safe place, and new environments can make her a little unsure at first. The good news is, she doesn't have to figure it out alone. Mirabelle is closely bonded with her brother Mick, who gives her the confidence to move forward and explore at her own pace. Because of that, we are looking for a home that will adopt them together. In the meantime, our volunteers are working with her every day at the adoption center, helping her build trust and feel more comfortable. And she is making progress. Mirabelle isn't going to be the kitten who rushes up to greet you right away. She's the one who watches, learns, and then quietly chooses you. She just needs a little patience, and the right person will see exactly how special she is. If you're interested in meeting Mirabelle and Mick, please email us at

All animals will be spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV or heartworm, given age-appropriate boosters and rabies, dewormed, flea treated, and anything extra that is needed to give this animal a wonderful forever life in a permanent home. Adoption fees are usually $50 for cats and between $150-$250 for dogs, unless the pet is sponsored or we are running a promotion. Please visit our website at sheltertohome.com for information on our adoption process.**
