Adopting a pet: 1. Counselor meet, app review, Meet & Greet. 2. Successful meeting leads to counseling, paperwork. Additional Info: - Immediate home post-stray hold. - Pre-adoption for those eligible during the hold. - Full adoption if spayed/neutered; Home First Adoption otherwise, care responsibility minus spay/neuter.Adopting a pet: 1.
