Meet Ozzy! Ozzy is a 3-year-old Beagle mix who is still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. He is a timid, nervous boy who may need some time—and possibly a few meet-and-greets—to feel comfortable and understand that he is safe. Once Ozzy starts getting some love, he slowly begins to soften and show you the sweet boy underneath that nervous exterior. He just needs someone willing to be patient, give him time, and let him come out of his shell at his own pace. Ozzy needs a home with children 12 years or older. We are unsure how he feels about cats, so very slow and patient introductions will be needed to make sure everyone is comfortable. We are also unsure about him with other dogs, and a dog test is required with any current dogs in the home. Ozzy is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He may not be the dog who runs up and greets you right away—but if you're willing to give him the time he needs, you could be the person who shows Ozzy that he has nothing to be afraid of and that he is finally home.
