Think supermodel meets lovable goofball. She's curious, playful, and always ready to turn an ordinary walk into an exciting adventure. Whether she's investigating a suspicious rustling leaf or accidentally getting those long legs tangled up in a moment of clumsiness, Onna handles it all with a smile that will melt your heart. While she's energetic and fun-loving, she's also incredibly loyal and knows how to settle down. In fact, as the sun starts to set, this statuesque beauty transforms into a bonafide lap dog who believes there's always room for her on your couch.Onna is a social girl who enjoys spending time with other dogs and has excellent canine manners. She loves to play and romp around, but she's respectful of dogs who aren't interested in joining the fun. Her favorite activities include exploring, sniffing everything in sight, and hanging out with her dog friends. She has only been around cats at the vet, so her compatibility with feline friends is still unknown. Onna's easygoing nature and ability to read other dogs' cues make her a wonderful companion for a home with canine siblings or plenty of opportunities for socialization.Onna great manners extend into the home and is an easy dog to live with. She doesn't require crating during the day and follows a predictable daily routine filled with outdoor play, chew toys, naps, and quality time with her family. She walks beautifully on a leash and has no issues during outings. Like many curious dogs, she occasionally tries her luck with a little counter surfing, but she's been working hard on learning that kitchen cabinets aren't treasure chests meant for her investigation. One of her most endearing quirks is that when she's tired, she'll simply flop down wherever she is for a rest break before seeking out some well-deserved lap time. Add in her adorable snoring, and you've got a dog who's as charming during nap time as she is during playtime.Looking for a constant companion who will love you unconditionally and entertain you like no other? Onna is ready to fill that role-and she'll never let you down. Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line.
