My family loved me very much, but they felt they did not have the proper time and attention to give me anymore, so I am here at the shelter looking for a new family. My owners gave the shelter staff lots of information on me! I am a cuddly boy that loves to give kisses. I am protective of my family, and I did well with the young children in my home. Because of my living situation before my previous family, I can be nervous around new people, especially men... This means I will need some patience when you come to meet me, and I wouldn't thrive well in a home that has frequent visitors that I don't know. I am a very good boy that knows quite a few tricks, like sit and shake, and I can be left in my home while you leave without needing a crate. However, to get me used to your home setting and routine, staff will always recommend using a crate to get me started and for me to have a safe place to be! I love to play with balls, stuffed toys, frisbees, squeaky toys and ropes! Imagine how much fun we could have together!
