Meet Pixie. This little girl had a rough start when she was found with her canine companion, Dixie. They were found as strays and wandering the streets and both where extremely emaciated. Pixie was restored to good health and a healthy weight and is ready to find the forever family of her dreams. Pixie is a 6-month-old Plot Hound mix. She currently weighs 20 pounds and is expected to be a medium-size dog of anywhere under 60 pounds when fully grown. She is a great with other dogs and children but has not had the opportunity to meet a cat since coming into rescue. Pixie is young and full of puppy energy and puppy antics. She looks forward to a life of adventure with her family by her side. Balls, toys and romps in the yard will make a great day in the life of Pixie. Good times and Pixie go hand in hand.
