Anna Banana is a cat's cat type of cat. She loves her Mama Rosemary and her brother Sven, meowing her head off when new people arrive so that she can hide with her cat pals. But even though she might be skittish around new people, when a Churu appears, Anna Banana will slowly come be your friend and eventually the biggest kitten in the room. Her siblings may be twice her size, but she'll happily shove her way to the front of the line and let everyone know that the treat is clearly meant for her. 😂

Anna Banana is full of adventure and always on the move. Whether she's zooming through the house, planning her next jailbreak, or finding something new to explore, this little girl lives life at full speed.

But beneath all that confidence is a sweetheart who loves everyone. Anna Banana doesn't have just one cuddle buddy...she rotates through the kitten crew, snuggling with whoever happens to be nearby, so we recommend adopting her with one of her siblings or mama. She has quite the soft spot for her Mama Rosemary and can often be found curled up with her.

Anna Banana currently lives with a large senior dog, and while she'll occasionally offer a tiny hiss to keep him in line, she's perfectly comfortable zooming right past him during her daily adventures.

Anna is FeLV+. Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), is a virus that attacks the immune system of a cat. Cats with FeLV can live normal, happy, healthy lives— but they have a shorter life expectancy than FeLV negative cats. Over time, an infected cat's health may progressively deteriorate or he/she may experience repeating cycles of illness and relative health. Close monitoring and regular vet care are important to manage the disease.

Any close contact among cats can spread FeLV, including bite wounds, mutual grooming, or sharing feeding dishes and litter boxes, so they should be housed without other cats or only with other FeLV+ cats. Because DPA believes these special cats still deserve to live out their lives in a loving home, the adoption fee for FeLV+ cats will be discounted 50%%.

All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard adoption fee for kittens under six months is $150, for two kittens it is $200, and for three kittens it is $300.
