After someone has found a pet of her or his liking on our site and contacted us we will make sure to get back to that person as soon as possible.
We require a potential adopter to fill out an application.
If the application is satisfactory we will contact the prospective new parent to set up a time to meet with the pet. We also do home checks to make sure that the house or apartment the pet will go to is safe. The pet will be brought to your home at the time of the home check and if everything looks goes well the pet will be left with you. We are asking for an adoption fee and we also will have you sign a contract.
We allow a two week trial period during which the money will be refunded if it turnes out to not be a match. After the two week period the adoption fee is not refundable.

About This Cat
Milo was brought to Paw Parent with his sister when they were small kittens. Both of them were feral and super afraid of people and needed lots of time to finally trust people and be ok to be petted. Milo took longer to come around but never tried to bite …
What WeRescue Scout knows about Milo
A quiet, patient home where Milo can gradually build trust at his own pace. He’d thrive with people who enjoy gentle, calm interactions and appreciate a cat with a soft, luxurious coat and a sweet, affectionate nature once he feels safe.
Good to know
- May be initially shy with new people; needs time to build trust.
- Not recommended for homes with very young children who may overwhelm him.
