ALANI

Alani has a contagious zest for life. She loves fetch, and is open to meeting other large dogs! In a previous foster home, she was a total cuddlebug, crate and housetrained, did the cutest zoomies when she was excited! The foster told us that Alani will sleep on her dog bed or crate through the night... but may sneak into your bed in the early morning hours if it's okay with you! The folks at Fresh Patch are sponsoring an at-home training session focused on decompression and integration into the home for Alani's adopters. @freshpatch We checked in on Alani — and she still needs her person. ?? We took this girl out for a full day: errands, fresh air, quality time. She handled all of it like a champ. Alani is calm, loving, and genuinely just waiting for the right home. If you're in the Ventura County area and have been thinking about adding a dog to your family — please go meet her. You won't regret it. We took Alani to the beach with the team at @Ventura County Animal Services — and watching her run in the waves with a tennis ball in her mouth, tail wagging, we couldn't help but think: this dog needs someone to give her every day like this. Alani is still available for adoption. Please share this if you can. ???? #AlaniNeedsAHome #RescueDog #VenturaCountyAnimalServices #FreshPatch #ShelterDog ? original sound - freshpatch @freshpatch Meet Alani ????
