Meet Dust Bunny! A little low-rider with a soft heart and a silly side just waiting to come out!Dust Bunny is a sweet, sensitive girl who's still figuring out this big world and her place in it. Humans? She's not entirely sure about us just yet. But other dogs? OH, NOW WE'RE TALKING! This girl absolutely lights up when she sees her canine friends. There's a noticeable change when she's around other dogs, and that's when we get glimpses of her fun, silly personality. Having four-legged friends nearby seems to help Dust Bunny feel more comfortable, giving her the confidence to let her guard down and enjoy herself. She's still unsure about people, so she'll need a patient, understanding family willing to let her build trust at her own pace. No rushing, no pressure, and no expectations that she'll become your new best friend overnight. Dust Bunny needs someone who understands that confidence grows through small victories and that learning to trust is a journey, not a race.A confident, friendly resident dog may be a wonderful role model for her, helping her discover that humans can be pretty great, too. Most of all, she'll need a calm home, gentle encouragement, and someone who will celebrate every tiny step forward.Dust Bunny may not be the girl who runs straight into your arms on day one. But imagine the joy of watching her blossom, seeing that silly side emerge, and realizing she's finally beginning to feel safe.DB has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match!
