I was abandoned as a kitten when the people who originally cared for me threw us outside before they moved.Luckily the nextdoor neighbor started feeding us and we were finally grabbed so I could be rehomed.I was the youngest of the bunch and still a little shy because of the traumatic ordeal. I am now an adolescent and gaining more trust as the days go on. I enjoy being rubbed on, but get a little flinchy when I'm being held. I will need a very patient person in a quiet home to make me feel more comfortable. I will then be your buddy for life.

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives!

$350 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes. These "guardian kittens" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens.
$225 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes. These "guardian cats" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens.
$225 for kittens (6 months & under)
$150 for cats (older than 6 months)
$100 for senior cats (8 years or older)
