Oh, hi there! 👋 My name is Bridgette, and I'm a sweet, gentle, laid-back little lady who's still learning that the world isn't quite as scary as I once thought.

When I first arrived at my foster home, I was a pretty frightened little girl. My brother Bruno and I were both scared, but he's been a little quicker to find his confidence. Me? Well, I'm taking the scenic route! 😂💕 I like to think I'm just being extra thorough with my trust-building process.

But here's my little secret… I absolutely LOVE affection! 🥹❤️

I have this cozy little box on my cat tree that I consider my personal sanctuary. When my foster mom reaches inside to pet me, my purr motor starts up IMMEDIATELY! Seriously, she barely has to touch me before I'm rumbling away. And the more she loves on me, the more I melt, eventually coming right out of my box to soak up even more attention.

The thing is, my foster home is a pretty busy place, and all that noise and commotion can make me a little nervous. I'm more of a peace, quiet, and gentle affection kind of girl. But don't mistake my shyness for a lack of personality! I love playing with my fellow foster kitties, especially my brother Bruno. ❤️

A little more about me:

🐱 Other cats? Yes, please! I love having kitty friends to play with. And if you're considering adopting two, might I suggest my brother Bruno and me? We already know and love each other, and having a familiar face around might make this whole forever-home adventure a little less intimidating! 🥹

🏡 My dream home? A quieter home would probably help me settle in and find my confidence a little faster. But my foster mom has no doubt I could adjust to a busier household, too! I might just need a little extra patience and time to feel safe.

❤️ My love language? Gentle pets, patience, and feeling safe. Once I'm comfortable, my sweet little purrs will tell you just how much I appreciate you!

I know there are kittens who will run right up and demand your attention. I'm probably not going to be that kitten right away.

But just because I'm shy doesn't mean I have any less love to give. Sometimes the quietest little hearts have the most beautiful love stories waiting to unfold. ❤️

I've already come so far, and I just need someone willing to let me blossom at my own pace.
