Kate is around 5 years old, 100‑lbs. She recently lost her owner 😥 and spent a few weeks alone in an apartment before coming into rescue. Despite everything, she is incredibly sweet, people‑oriented, and grateful for attention 🥰 - especially if you have hot dogs. 🌭 😂

She's fully housebroken, friendly with guests, and great with other animals. She previously lived with a cat and currently does beautifully with dogs and multiple cats in her foster home.🩷 She plays respectfully with dogs and shows no interest in chasing cats. Due to her size, Kate will do best with children 16 and older.

Kate is overweight right now and will need a family committed to daily walks, a healthy diet, and gradual conditioning. 💪 Once she trims down, she will shine even brighter - she'll likely enjoy training and activities that engage her mind. She would love a fenced in yard. On a special note, when the house settles into quiet time, Kate will lay down at your feet. 🥰 She is a rare little gem that embraces the calm as much as you do! 🩷
