About Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League of the Palm Beaches, Inc.

Founded in 1925, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League is an independent nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of animals and the people who love them throughout Palm Beach County. For more than a century, we have provided shelter, medical care, adoption services, and lifesaving programs that protect vulnerable pets and strengthen the human-animal bond. Our work extends far beyond our shelter. Through affordable and free veterinary services, high-volume spay/neuter programs, community cat initiatives, pet food assistance, and other safety net resources, we help families keep their pets healthy, cared for, and at home whenever possible. When animals have nowhere else to turn, we provide compassionate care, rehabilitation, and a pathway to loving homes. By combining lifesaving animal care with proactive community support, Peggy Adams is creating a future where every pet has the opportunity to live a safe, healthy, and loved life.
