About Operation Freedom Ride Inc

Operation Freedom Ride is a Rochester, NY based 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue dedicated to saving the lives of homeless dogs and cats. As a 100% volunteer-run, foster-based organization, we rescue animals from local shelters, owner surrenders, and overcrowded southern shelters, providing them with the medical care, love, and support they need until they find their forever homes. Through adoption, fostering, volunteering, and community partnerships, we're committed to giving every animal a second chance and helping build a more compassionate community.
