Our mission is to help homeless pets find loving homes faster by mobilizing volunteers, funding lifesaving programs, and advocating for improved outcomes for shelter animals.

FRAs is an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) Texas organization founded in 2004. FRAs is working to improve communication between shelters and the community. By partnering with our local animal shelters, networking with animal rescue groups, utilizing community resources and social media, as well as conducting off site adoption events and fund raisers, we are able to help increase animal adoptions.

Meet the pet, fall in love and decide to adopt, fill out the adoption agreement, make a donation for the adoption fee, take home your new family member the same day.

Our pets are available for adoption at three PetSmart stores in the Dallas, Texas area -- Rockwall, Wylie and Rowlett.
