Our Mission

Our Mission Statement: The Humane Society of Sullivan County, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to the education of the public in the humane treatment of all animals, the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, and the importance of animal control through the promotion of spaying and neutering. We have just built a new building costing over $200,000. Residents of Sullivan County have been very enthused to help get a shelter going.

Adoptions, Fostering Program, Spay/Neuter Services, Medical Care, Public Education

Adoption Process

Fees may vary, however, normal fees for an adult cat is $45 and kittens are $60. Normal fees for an adult dog is $125 and puppies are $175. They have to fill out an adoption application which is reviewed by staff.
