Description
Looking for a loyal, snuggle-loving walking buddy? I’m Oreo, an estimated 3–5-year-old, 70-pound, mystery mix with a black and white coat and a heart full of love!
I’m house, crate, and leash trained, though honestly, I don’t even need a crate—I’m perfectly well-behaved when left alone. I LOVE walks and get so excited when it’s time to go out! At home, I’m all about lazy couch cuddles, movie nights, and curling up in bed beside you.
I adore people and do great with visitors, but when it comes to dogs, I’m a little more particular. I get along well with my German shepherd housemate, but I’ve had some fear-based reactions to unfamiliar dogs—my past is a mystery, but I may have some trauma. Still, I’m eager to please, smart, and could improve with the right training!
I am fine with kids but would do best with no kids or older kids in the home as I really need to be in a calm living environment. I have been around cats for short snippets and did not seem overly interested in them. If you have cats in your home, please let my rescue know so they can double-check to make sure I am good with feline friends.
I’m neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative after treatment, and I’m currently in Proctor, AR—but I can be transported for the right home. Please note, there is a transport fee. Think we’re meant to be? Fill out an application and let’s make it happen!
