Adoption Process:
Ruff Dog Rescue FIRST requires a submitted adoption application; Vet reference required. We will then schedule a meet and greet with the requested pet. A home visit will be conducted prior to finalizing an adoption. Visit our website at to submit an application to foster or adopt. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, heartworm tested, and treated if necessary. ADOPTION FEES: $475 - Puppies & Small Dogs Under 25 pounds/purebreds big & small $375 - Mix Bred Adult Dogs over 1 year $275 - Dogs over 10 years & special needs LIMITED out of state adoptions, additional fees will apply. How You Can Help! With the huge numbers of unwanted dogs and cats in the South, the animals depend on all of us to save them. You can make a difference in RDR's mission in many ways. We are always looking to add to our network of compassionate foster families. We accept fosters living in the Atlanta metro and north Georgia areas.
