Adoption Process:
All interested potential adopters must fill out an adoption application and return it to the shelter. ECHS will send an email confirming that we have received the application and it takes 1-2 business days, on average, to process the application. ECHS will contact potential adopters if there is additional information needed on their application. Applications may be filled out in-person at the shelter or by email.Mission Statement:
