Description
Meet Star, a female Maltese who weighs around 8 pounds and is 6 years old. Last year, Missy came to us from a puppy mill. The biggest issue with this princess is the occasional occurrence of potty accidents. Star is let out for breaks every few hours, but she still may potty on top of her dog beds or your sofa if she is not monitored. She can’t jump high due to her small size, so sofas are safe if you don’t leave out steps to the couch. Star will potty outside, but if you want absolutely no occasional accidents, Star is not a match.
She is a sweet little princess who loves people. She will give you a kiss the moment she meets you. She also gets along well with dogs. Star is playful and brave indoors, but the outside world may cause her to be uncomfortable until she gets used to your neighborhood. Right now, she’s a bit too fearful of the outdoors to go on walks, so a secure fenced yard is a must. She is a lovebug who enjoys offering her belly for a belly rub. She is just precious and will make a wonderful companion.

CHILDREN We only adopt dogs to homes with children aged 13 and above. This policy exists to protect children from dog bites or other dog-related injuries. We are sorry that we cannot make any exceptions.
