Description
Meet Mac, a 9 month old, 35 pound Black Labrador Retriever! Mac came from a very challenging situation that has left him a bit shy, which is understandable. Even though his past was challenging, the sky is the limit for his future! He has a big heart and is learning it's okay to give and receive love. His forever home must be with a family who has time and patience to continue to bring out this handsome boy's loving personality.
Mac must have another dog in his forever home. Other dogs give him confidence and help him understand how to be a wonderful family member. He hasn't met cats yet and young children may scare him. Older, dog-savvy kids might be okay, they would just have to meet. Mac is still learning to live in a home, but he's found that couches are soft and comfy and he's done great with house training - uses the doggy door like a champ. He's also comfortable in his kennel, but not yet on a leash, so a home with a fenced yard is a must.

His adoption fee is $150 and includes his spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
