My name is Jasper and the rumor around town (or at least the shelter) is that I am one handsome dude sporting my black and white tuxedo fur coat!!! I enjoy the company of both my feline and human friends. Jasper enjoys playtime but his priority is sitting on the windowsill and watching the world go by. He enjoys petting especially the top of his head and behind his ears. Jasper is looking for a quiet indoor home with toys and a family he can hangout with.
