Currently located at our Evansville, IN locationEssie is a long-legged beauty that excels at snuggling! The vet put her age at around a year, which means she won't be much over a very manageable 27 lbs. Essie has been in a foster home since her stray hold was up at Animal Control. Her foster reports Essie is fantastic with dogs, cats, kids, and even chickens! She is quiet in her crate when the foster is away from home, but adores the chance for in-bed cuddling overnight. She's one of those pups that likes to rest her head on your neck to be as close as possible. She's a good car rider, is tolerant of baths and nail trims, and has never met a stranger. Essie likes to play with toys; her favorites are the ones that she can give a good shake too or have game of tug with. She has had minimal accidents in her foster home, especially as she has learned the house schedule. Her foster absolutely gushed about this girl! Essie is a loving little lady that is ready to wow you with her many good traits.
