Currently located at our Owensboro, KY location Meet Bernie! Bernie is currently in a foster home and doing great! A meet and greet will be required for any potential adopters. Here's what his foster family has to say: Dog & Cat Friendly• Good with cats and mostly ignores them• Plays very well with the foster's corgi, Knight• Loves wrestling, chasing, and playing ball together• Not yet tested with larger dogs Kids• Has not been around small children• Very sweet demeanor, but can be a bit rough with his paws and may accidentally knock little ones over Home Life & Training• House trained (with a few accidents)• Sometimes thinks the litter box area is for him too - foster is working on better potty signals• Crate trained• Does well on car rides• Eats very fast and uses a slow feeder• Drinks a lot of water and may need frequent potty breaks (sometimes within 30 minutes) Smart & Food Motivated• Knows sit and shake• Almost has lay down mastered• Working on wait/stay• Very food motivated - peanut butter is his favorite Personality• Loves fetch and tug• Big fan of cuddling on the couch• Loves pup cups• Overall, Bernie is a big sweetheart with a cuddly, loving personalityIf you're interested in Bernie and would like to set up a meet and greet, please reach out to the rescue.
