About Tom 3
Act 2 Rescue
RescueAct 2 Rescue was founded after I rescued a 18 month old undomesticated cat from Next door. The community raised $$ and I was able to assist with care since I am medically retired. I decided I can do this and started helping more animals and rehoming them. I have been doing this for 9 months and have grown large enough to need help with a database. I have taken Vet Assisting course, an A.S in premed/science, a B.A. in psychology, and a M.A in Education. I taught mild learning disabilities for 18 years before I had to retire for health reasons. I find animals to be healing, especially cats. I am happy to share this with people and encourage responsible cat ownership. I enjoy finding happy healthy homes for animals and I hope to be able to grow and help many more.
