Taken from their moms too soon, and treated like their lives didn't matter, these pups almost didn't make it. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan found them and immediately brought them to a local shelter. Heartbreakingly, one of the nine did not make it... but with the help of our rescue partners down in Georgia, the surviving eight were saved. SNARR committed to giving all of these precious babies in the Monroe Litter the second chance at the happy, loving life they deserve... and now they're getting it! Charlie and his littermates recently made the big trip up north, found themselves the comfort of a foster home, and now he's ready to start his new life. Charlie is a very special puppy. His foster mom describes him as the happiest, kindest boy. A typical puppy, Charlie is playful, full of energy and eager to explore the world, with a tail that wags non-stop. He's affectionate, likes to give you little gentle kisses, and has such a bright, happy spirit. If he's not playing or eating, his favorite spot is to be curled up in your arms.Charlie is already excelling at potty training and is eager to please.
