He is a fun-loving boy - full of personality, energy, and heart !He's a social guy who has met kids and adults and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He gets very excited to meet new people (sometimes with jumping and mouthiness), but he's learning manners and already responding to commands like "no." With consistent training, his puppy-like enthusiasm is becoming easier to manage.He is dog-reactive - he barks and wants to chase - but it comes from a place of playfulness rather than aggression. He'll need continued guidance to channel that energy in a positive direction.This boy is very high drive and absolutely thrives when given a job. He's already walking more politely on leash, and he shows great potential for something like scent work , hiking , or another activity that lets him put his smarts and stamina to use. He's a strong, active dog who will do best with an experienced, hands-on handler who can provide structure, consistency, and outlets for his energy .Recent updates: Did great at his vet appointment - settled quickly and soaked up attention from the staff once he calmed down. Went camping for a week and showed progress with boundaries and self-control. Continues to improve with "no jumping" and "no mouth," and he's learning faster every day.
