Stormy Skye and her 7 puppies were found cowering under a porch in freezing temperatures during the worst ice storm to hit Texas in years. Thanks to a kind homeowner, they were taken to a local shelter and brought into MAD. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles. The applicant must drive the remainder of the distance of the transport.
