When she arrived, we braced ourselves, certain she'd test positive for FIV-but to our surprise, she didn't.Her name comes from the look in her eyes-eyes full of wishes. She wished she didn't have to fend for herself, she wished she didn't have to struggle to keep her babies safe, and she wished she wasn't so tired. At one point, she laid her litter of seven tiny kittens out in the sun as if to say, "I can't do this anymore."
